Your prevention priorities.
Tools people can act on.
Bring evaluated self-care resources together for your population, under your organization’s identity. Before a first consultation, between visits and in everyday life.
Less searching.
More useful guidance.
Scattered information makes it harder to guide people. Give your population one destination for selected apps, guides and videos, aligned with your clinical priorities.
- Support a prevention theme or population need.
- Share through your website, community channels and care teams.
- Give professionals patient leaflets to print or send with PRO.

A selection of evaluated resources. Choose what helps you.
This is an illustrative resource in a sample treatment collection. In a deployed program, this opens the selected publisher’s tool and its patient-friendly evaluation. The collection is configured with your clinical team.

A prevention program.
Without building a new platform.
Your teams set the priorities and review the clinical fit. AppGuide evaluates the resources, configures the experience and supports launch, updates and reporting.

Measure the value.
In minutes and dollars.
Define what to document for your population and care teams, from resource use to patient experience, time saved and appropriate use of services.
Is it being used?
Reach, resource openings and recommendations by care teams.
What value does it bring?
Patient preparation, reported usefulness and clinical time.
What supports the selection?
Quality, safety and available evidence for each selected resource.
Indicators and follow-up are agreed for each program. Usage, reported experience and clinical effects are assessed separately.
How measurement is defined
Indicators are selected at scoping. Usage reporting can be complemented by patient and provider questionnaires or follow-up, depending on the program and rollout phase.
A resource-opening event records a click to access content or an external tool; it does not confirm completion or sustained use. A click toward an appointment does not confirm attendance.
For cost per activation, agree on the qualifying event, denominator, deduplication and attribution window. Visits and sessions are not automatically unique patients. Report survey sample sizes and follow-up periods; self-reported avoided care and time saved remain estimates. Clinical or economic effects require an appropriate evaluation design.
Evidence supporting a tool informs selection; it does not by itself demonstrate an effect of the client program.
Translate the findings into minutes and dollars.
Compare clinical time with a baseline and apply agreed cost assumptions. Assess potentially avoidable care and orientation to relevant services through a defined protocol. Report assumptions separately from observed results.
Start with one priority.
What does our team need to contribute?
A project lead, a defined population and priority, clinical review and access to your distribution channels. Scope and timing are agreed before work starts.
Can a partner help fund the program?
Depending on the project, a foundation, patient organization or industry partner may contribute. Funding, editorial independence and institutional requirements must be agreed with the organizations involved. No funding is guaranteed. See possible arrangements.
Where are the data hosted?
Hosting is in Canada. Program reporting is aggregate; identifiable patient data is not shared with funders. We review the security and privacy requirements for your project.
