Your first program

From a focused need
to a program under your brand.

An indicative 12-week plan for a patient resource program. Your team guides the priorities; AppGuide handles the evaluation, setup and launch support.

Included in the plan

A useful starting scope.

Evaluated collection

Plan for 10 to 20 tools per topic or care moment, with evaluation summaries and plain-language descriptions. The final selection follows the agreed scope.

Portal under your brand

Pages organized by DIN, topic or territory, with entry through your QR codes and communications.

Provider distribution with PRO

Patient leaflets shared by print and QR code, text message or email, linking to the program’s public website.

Launch materials and training

QR assets for your pack, poster or counter, launch support and a 30-minute team training session.

Aggregate usage dashboard

Program indicators for distribution, use and quality, with reporting settings agreed at scoping.

Program review

A review during weeks 10 to 12, with recommendations for adjustments, ongoing updates and the next phase.

Co-design, with focused input

The standard approach uses a few focused touchpoints to guide, confirm and comment. Deeper co-construction can include co-writing, broader committees and additional review rounds, with a longer schedule.

Indicative timeline

A 12-week reference plan.

We agree on timing at scoping, according to content readiness, clinical review and your level of involvement.

What we need from you

Your scope, content
and brand assets.

Bring your approved materials, brand assets and the tools already used by your teams. We define entry points and distribution channels together.

  • No identifiable patient data is required to configure the program.
  • Hosting is in Canada. Sponsor reporting uses aggregate indicators.
  • Data flows, permissions and privacy requirements are reviewed during scoping.
Evaluation plan

Measure from launch.
Learn before expanding.

01 / Usage

Is it being used?

Visits, resources opened and provider shares.

02 / Program performance

What value does it bring?

Reported usefulness, patient experience and agreed value indicators.

03 / Tool evidence

What supports the selection?

Quality, safety and available evidence for each selected resource.

Agree on targets and definitions at scoping. Review results in weeks 10–12, then quarterly. Clinical and economic effects require their own evaluation; opening a resource does not establish a health outcome.

Pricing reflects the configured scope and agreed usage measures. A component may be linked to agreed indicators.

Your patients’ next step.
